About Rhiannon
Rhiannon has a passion for guiding individuals, and their families, through the Person Centered Planning process and Self Determination. She supports clients through each step in the transition to SDP with the goal of making the process as easy as possible.
As an advocate for her own two autistic children she knows how frustrating it can be to navigate disability services on your own. She is here to help find the perfect supports for you, or your loved ones, own unique needs. Her goal is to help improve your life and in doing so make a “life leap”.
Rhiannon’s education includes an undergraduate degree in English, which gives her excellent writing skills. She holds a Masters Degree in Information Sciences, which honed her research and administrative strengths. Her professional experience includes over a decade of consulting individuals and providing them support to reach their goals.
For specific Independent Facilitator training Rhiannon trained with Rosie Lasca at The Independent Facilitator Training Academy. She also received certification from the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities. Her training also includes numerous work-shops on person centered planning and thinking.
Life Leap Services is an official vendor with the North Bay Regional Center under Service Code 099, which is a required vendorization for Independent Facilitators as of January, 1st, 2024 to assist clients beyond the Person Centered Planning process.
